Best internet service I have ever had in a rural setting. Installers, sales team and service desk teams are awesome and amazing people with excellent customer service skills. They are compassionate to the needs of their customers and go above and beyond to provide service in a time when the demand for internet has reached unspeakable levels.

Last night your technicians installed our Internet service. In these trying times we felt it very important to acknowledge the courtesy and work these two young men provided. They were extremely helpful and accommodating.

I've been a customer for almost a year now. Extremely happy with my service. I have a home office and rely on good upload /download speeds as well as consistent service. Zero problems, so I'm ecstatic. it was my last option and I wasn't going back to my previous two carriers.

A well deserved 5 star rating. My internet works great and the speed and latency are perfect. My experience from day one has been exceptional, from Barbara in the office to the two guys who did the install. The company even made a special trip to their tower that allowed me to get the LOS I needed. Living in an area not supported by broadband I was happily surprised when I learned of Infinisky. When my wife and I moved out of the city into the country, we believed we would have to settle for slow internet, but Seiontec not only provided us with faster internet than we originally had, but also for cheaper. On top of that miracle, their customer service has been out of this world: they go out of their way to help you solve all your problems. Seiontec and infinaSky are amazing.

We have never had good internet options while living in Monroe, but we can now stream which we've never been able to do before. The staff was great and professional, they made the whole process easy. We did have to wait a little while to get installed but it was worth it. I've recommended them to neighbors who have also signed up and love it.
